The gift that gives forever
The Legacy Circle recognizes those individuals and families who have included gifts to the Rick Marting Financial Aid Endowment in their wills and estate planning. These gifts are known as bequests. They help us keep the Endowment growing so that we can continue to provide financial aid to the 29% of our students who otherwise could not attend Explorer West every year and eventually assist every student in need.
Making a bequest is simple. Whether you are writing a will for the first time or revising an existing will, you can make a bequest to Explorer West by designating a specific amount or as a percentage of your estate. A bequest can change as your circumstances change and you will retain the use and control of your assets during your lifetime.
To determine what is best for you, let your lawyer or financial advisor know you would like to make a bequest. They will help you determine what type of gift best suits your financial situation.
