Last week, Explorer West’s 8th grade class and teachers joined other volunteers for some neighborhood community service. The students used their Wednesday flex-time to help out with restoration work at Seola Pond. Along with volunteers from our friends at the Bridge School, EW joined Seola Pond neighbor, Scott Dolfay to plant native vegetation.
This spot is near and dear to our hearts because we spent so much time here as part of our outdoor education last year! It’s also a great place to visit to view native wildlife.
