Our goal is 100% participation among our families, trustees, and staff. We also count on gifts from friends, extended family members, and alumni. We are making great progress, but are still far from our goal.

🧭 Our amazing teachers! Eighty percent of our budget goes to salaries, ensuring we retain our phenomenal faculty and staff. Our average teacher tenure is 11 years! Their level of expertise and experience has a positive impact on every student, every day
🧭 Our commitment to financial accessibility. Increasing access to an Explorer West education benefits not only the students we enroll, but our entire community.
🧭 Our exceptional programming – from academics, to student support, to Outdoor Education, to the arts, and beyond. Your generosity makes possible so many events and learning opportunities throughout the year that build community, connection, and confidence.
This year’s Compass Fund goal is $150,000, to bridge the gap between our tuition revenue and our expenses.
